I want to personally thank Niu Fakava for traveling from Hawaii to South Padre Island, Texas  in order to preview our project "The Morningside Estates". This will be the second project that we have worked on together over the last ten years and I am always inspired by Niu's love for Mother Earth, her integrity and level of professionalism. I welcome Niu back to our team and look forward to meeting her Clients from Hawaii.
