The Golden Horn Ranch Estates: This project consists of multiple subdivided residential estate homesites from 2.5 acres and are nestled in between the Cerbat mountains located in Mohave County just outside Kingman, Arizona.

The Morningside Estates: This project boasts 88 "Oceanfront" and "Bayfront" subdivided residential lots from 1/4 of an acre located on tropical South Padre Island, Texas.
